Lost River Pastry is a small batch cottage bakery rooted in the Treasure Valley. My focus is on unique flavors and authentic experiences - the kind of food made with intentionality and love.Currently, I offer macarons, tarts, petits gateaux, kardemummabullar and canelbullar (Swedish spiced buns), yakgwa (Korean honey cookies), baklava, financiers, and custom cakes.
Available fillings for custom orders include fruit confits and jams, frangipane (tarts only), ganache, dulce de leche, caramel, and nuts.
